Google’s latest smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, has been suffering from a volume control bug as we reported but Samsung and Google had been keeping quiet regarding a fix for it.
Google released a statement which said:
“We are aware of the volume issue and have developed a fix. We will update devices as soon as possible.”
This confirms that the issues is software related meaning that a simple fix can be delivered to device Over-The-Air. Nice and easy for users to fix their phones, but its unclear exactly when Google plan to release it.
