So we’ve turned One today. It’s a big day for us as during the last year we’ve been through quite a lot from hosting and servers to covering live events, providing dedicated coverage and getting hands on with the best mobile devices EVER!
It’s a bold statement but that’s the future of the telecommunications industry; everything will be better, smaller, lighter, thinner and cheaper despite the ongoing specs race. Anyways, I digress and it’s time to give some special birthday thanks to the people who made this last year possible.
My first thanks goes to Dani for bearing with me despite me being intolerable at times during the last year; as I’ve always said, the proof is in the pudding and we’re here proving everything was worth it!
During the last year, several companies have taken the time to help us on the site, from the lovely guys at Three‘s social media team to the Ideas Network, who have helped us out a lot and Nokia Connects, our friends who are always there to help us. Companies such as Red Consultancy, Nelson Bostock, Nokia, LG, Samsung, Kazoo and many more have made all this possible so a big thanks to them all.
Now to some special mentions for personal friends of ours, in particular Eve Lacey, Yasir Alani, Joe Cronin, Layla Hatia, Katie Bunting, Paul Coombes, Tom Messett and so many more who have been there and helped us get to where we are. All of these people have been invaluable to us and we’d like to say a very big thank you to all!
Now to a very special thank you, this one goes out to Joao Luis, our friend at Nokia News. During the year, Joao’s knowledge has been priceless and second to none and he has helped us out in many ways, for which I am indebted to him for doing so.
Now over the years, several people have helped me out and here’s the last few names (for those who aren’t mentioned, we thank you as well): Dan Carter, Michael Aldridge, Clinton Jeff, Steven Jon Smith, Carla Eid, James Whatley, Ben Smith, Jay Montano and so many more that we can’t begin to list.
That leaves us with ONE last thank you and this is the most special of all;
Thank you to our readers, fans, subscribers, likes and followers alongside those who click, comment and engage with UKMobileReview. We thank you SO MUCH!
