So you’ve seen the specs, read everything we’ve published and decided to buy the BlackBerry Q10, BlackBerry Z10, BlackBerry Q5 or other BlackBerry 10 smartphone. You’re going abroad and you want to ensure you don’t come back to a really large phone bill for data roaming.
Here’s our helpful guide to ensuring you save money and turn off data roaming whilst abroad:
1) From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2) Tap Settings, and then tap Network Connections.
3) Tap Mobile Network, and then tap Data Services while Roaming.
4) Choose one of the available options; On/Off/Prompt. (If you select prompt, it will prompt you to enable or disable data roaming whilst you’re abroad).
That’s it, now you won’t come back to a really large phone bill thanks to data roaming!
